The service

Novaxilabs provides AI visibility monitoring across public answer engines (including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot) and related GEO consulting. Monitoring subscriptions cover engine scans, dashboards, and alerts; content production and managed optimization are quoted separately.

Accuracy of reports

Answer-engine behavior changes frequently and may vary by account, region, and prompt. Our reports reflect scans run at the stated time and are provided for information purposes; they are not a guarantee of any particular ranking or business outcome.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to interfere with other users' scans, or use our reports for unlawful purposes. All content, reports, and software remain the intellectual property of Novaxilabs.

Liability and changes

To the extent permitted by law, Novaxilabs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms. Paid subscriptions are billed in USD as quoted on the pricing page.
